Please note that the data you provide will be processed for the following purposes as stipulated or provided for by the following legal regulations:


  1. Provision of information as defined by the Carinthian law of services about the competent Point of Single Contact in the territory of Carinthia. This includes information on the requirements for the supply of and access to services on the territory of Carinthia, in particular on the procedures and formalities to be followed, and information on the public authorities responsible for procedures relating to the supply of and access to services.
  2. Forwarding of applications and enquiries to the competent authority or to another competent Point of Single Contact.

Legal bases:

§ 3 and § 4 (about the competent Point of Single Contact/Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner) of the Carinthian law of services in the territory of Carinthia (Kärntner Dienstleistungsgesetz - K-DLG), published in LGBl. No. 23/2012 idF LGBl. Nr. 23/2016;


No register queries are carried out in the course of the procedure.
For the purpose of processing your request, your personal data will be forwarded to the following recipients:
  1. the competent authority
  2. the competent Point of Single Contact
The data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries that are not EU member states).

Please note:

Due to the "Handbuch für die Büroarbeit im Kärntner Landesdienst (Kanzleiordnung)" the deletion of data after 7 years is specified in the list of materials.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to have the data corrected or deleted, and to restrict the ways in which the data may be processed. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
If you believe that your rights are being violated or are not being respected sufficiently, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the data protection authority.
The provision of personal data is required by law.
Failure to make your personal data available would have the following consequences for you: the public authority may refuse to provide the requested information or to forward your message to the competent department.
